Who we are

Smooth Hair Removal Samui is a small laser hair removal studio at Palm Residence, 91/20, Bo Put, Koh Samui, Surat Thani 84320, Thailand. We are responsible for the personal data described on this page, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). You can reach us on 095 772 3690.

What this website collects

On its own, this website collects nothing about you. There are no forms, no accounts and no online booking.

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are useful to visitors. Its cookies are only set after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you choose "No thanks", Google Analytics does not load at all. Google Analytics shows us things like which pages were visited, roughly from which country, and on what kind of device. We don't use it to identify you. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

Our fonts are stored on our own server, so opening a page does not send your details to Google Fonts.

Chatting with us

When you message us on Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp, or call us, that conversation runs through those services. Meta (Facebook and WhatsApp) and your phone provider handle that data under their own privacy policies.

What we do with your information

We use what you send us, such as your name, phone number, the areas you're interested in and your questions, only to answer you and to book your sessions. When you become a client, we keep a client record with your treatment history and your health screening form. These records are kept privately by the shop. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone for marketing.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. To change your cookie choice, use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. If you feel we haven't handled your data properly, you can also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.

Questions

For any privacy question, call or message us on 095 772 3690. We're happy to help.
