Shaving leaves stubble by the evening, razor burn, and those little dark dots people call strawberry legs. Waxing hurts, and you have to let the hair grow back before every appointment. Laser works at the root instead, so with each session there's less to deal with.
Most clients notice softer, clearer-looking skin from the first sessions. Ingrown hairs tend to become less of a problem too, because there's no razor cutting the hair at an angle anymore.
Half legs or full legs
Half leg usually means the lower legs, from the knee down to the ankle. Full leg covers the whole leg, from the ankle up to the top of the thigh. Many women start with half legs, because that's where shaving is most annoying, and add the thighs later.
A full leg session takes a little longer, but you're lying back, the Sapphire Cooling head keeps your skin cool, and most clients find it painless. Our studio in Chaweng has free parking right at the door, so it's easy to fit into your week.
How many sessions do legs need?
Sessions are planned 3 weeks apart. The more sessions you do, the better it works, and 7 sessions is enough for most people (results vary). Hair grows in cycles, which is why it takes a series of sessions to catch every hair.
Between sessions you can shave, but please don't wax or use an epilator. Protect your legs from strong sun, and tell us if you've had a sunburn or a fresh tan. Most clients choose a package for their legs: buy 3 get 1 free, or buy 5 get 2 free for the full course.

Why do I still see hair after a session?
For a week or two afterwards you may see hairs that seem to be growing. They're usually treated hairs working their way out, and they shed on their own. After that, regrowth comes back slower and patchier each time.
Can I combine legs with bikini or armpits?
Yes, many clients do several areas in one visit. Tell us which areas you'd like when you message, and we'll plan enough time for you.
Does it work on tanned skin?
Our Diode 810 laser works on all skin types, including naturally darker skin. A fresh tan or sunburn is different: the skin is more sensitive, so we may ask you to wait until it settles. Please wash off any self-tanner before your session too.
My leg hair is quite light. Will laser work?
Dark hair responds best. Very light blond, grey, white or red hair responds poorly. If your leg hair is very light, message us first and we'll give you an honest answer.
